Don’s career in sales spans multiple decades in the oil and gas pipeline industry. It could be argued that for Don, sales is more a part of his nature than it is a career choice. Don has substantial experience in the development and management of intellectual property, technical sales, and executive management. His strengths are evenly split between his exemplary leadership skills and his abilities to develop and maintain relationships with both clients and vendors alike.
Chelsey Reschke, General Manager
Chelsey’s progressive experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry covers field consulting roles to senior leadership. As General Manager, she is responsible for product development and commercialization, corporate strategy, and risk management. Chelsey’s technical background in pipeline coatings has earned her a seat with the Canadian Standards Association Group as a committee member, and she contributes to the advancement of pipeline coating standards internationally through her work with the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. Chelsey holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a BSc from the University of Alberta.
Kipp Lyons, Operations Manager
Kipp has a diverse background in the oil and gas industry that spans over 22 years. Starting in the industry as a welder by trade, he ran his own pipeline welding company for 10 years before his transition into operations and supply chain. Holding a BBA in general management and supply chain from Mount Royal paired with a journeyman welding certificate, 6 sigma black belt from NAIT and Lean certification from Mount Royal, Kipp thrives on developing process-driven environments and is an avid competitive soccer player and cyclist.
Don Robertson, Sales
Don has an indisputable talent for delivering a personalized sales experience to his clients. With over four decades in the pipeline industry, 15 of which have been focused on regional and international sales, Don provides firsthand knowledge of welding, heavy duty equipment, and specialized pipeline equipment and products. Don has seen the pipeline landscape unlike most others, enjoying the view from above during his tenure as a commercial pilot for over a decade.
Jeff Prodahl, HSE Manager
Jeff does not have the typical educational background that you find in the construction industry. Jeff worked in Emergency Medical Services in both Canada and the USA before finishing his career as a flight nurse. Looking for a change Jeff joined his Dad, Randy Prodahl, at Enviro-Pro Geosynthetics in 2006. Jeff has spent the last 12 years building a successful geosynthetic business with his father. Jeff has developed unmatched technical knowledge which allows Keymay to offer unique geosynthetic solutions to their clients. Jeff’s strong relationships with local and international suppliers has resulted in a reliable supply chain that will continue to serve Keymay’s customers now and in the future.
Randy Prodahl, Sales
Randy’s expertise in civil engineering and construction projects spans over five decades, during which time he acted as general manager, consultant, and business founder. In 2002 Randy created Enviro-Pro Geosynthetics, a manufacturing and distribution company serving the municipal and civil construction industries. Randy’s network of channel partners across government and private industry is a core strength. Randy also holds a CET designation.
Mark Simpson, Finance
Mark is a 25-year veteran in the domestic and international energy finance world. Known for his abilities in strategic planning, operational accounting, IT infrastructure management and organizational development, Mark is an integral part of the KEYMAY leadership team. In addition to attaining a designation in accounting, he holds an MBA from Athabasca University. Mark has also served as Chairman of the Energy Exploration Committee for Strathcona County Council.
Harrison Toth, Sales
Harrison brings 7 years experience in consultative sales, marketing strategy coordination, and technical sales to the Keymay team. He has served several markets including oilfield construction, pipeline construction, agriculture, and forestry, with a focus on heavy equipment. Harrison has a passion for solving problems and providing solutions to his clients, who appreciate him for his professional and accommodating demeanor. Harrison holds a Business Administration diploma from NAIT.
Tara Chahl, Project Manager
Over the past four years, Tara has lead specialized coating crews by training and developing a team of skilled trades, built and maintained a Quality Management System, managed all aspects of field construction, and committed many hours to the Keymay Research and Development program. Tara’s extensive knowledge in laboratory analysis, quality standards, and corrosion barrier performance in the coatings industry allows her to gain the confidence of our clients, and deliver a high-quality standard of work on schedule. Tara is a graduate of the NAIT Chemical Technology Program CET and holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
